Communicates progress, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to organizational policies and professional standards. Builds foundational skills and healthcare knowledge while gaining valuable exposure to health system operations and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and professional workplace communication.
• Willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to work under supervision, follow instructions, and complete assigned tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
