About The Position

Wyffels Hybrids is offering a Marketing Internship opportunity for students to gain real-world experience in social media and marketing initiatives. The internship is based in Davenport, IA, with occasional travel required for company events. The duration is from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027, with flexible time frames. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

Junior or Senior undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
Passion for communication, creativity, and brand marketing.
Knack for social media and a strong grasp of web trends.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Flair for graphic design.
Experience or interest in creating and editing video content.

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of agriculture.

Responsibilities

Assist and support the Marketing Department with a variety of social media and marketing initiatives.
Keep social media accounts and website updated with fresh, exciting content.
Help strengthen and promote the Wyffels brand by creating content and marketing materials that align with brand identity, support key campaigns, and enhance brand awareness across digital and traditional channels.
Use InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite to craft eye-catching print and digital materials.
Assist in the creation of the weekly internal newsletter, Wyffels FYI.
Assist in planning, managing, and executing the annual Sales and Marketing Kickoff.
Help brainstorm and develop innovative marketing strategies and creative concepts for the upcoming sales year.
Support the development of multimedia content, including photography, graphics, and short-form video content for social media, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
