About The Position

The Chamberlin + Associates Marketing Internship gives Marketing and Communications students hands-on experience inside a high-volume, operationally driven property management company. Interns gain exposure to marketing operations, analytics, and website management, and portfolio performance across multifamily communities throughout Arizona. The internship focuses on Lease-up campaign support, competitive market analysis, property marketing coordination, traffic source and lead conversion reporting, managing ILS platforms, coordinating photography and video, website content updates, and reputation monitoring. Interns will also complete a capstone project focused on marketing strategy or operational improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or operations-driven marketing
• Analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics and reporting

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with marketing tools, Canva, Excel, or digital platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Lease-up campaign support for new and underperforming communities
• Competitive market analysis and positioning research
• Property marketing coordination including signage, flyers, and digital updates
• Traffic source and lead conversion reporting
• Manage ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)
• Coordinate photography and video coordination for property marketing
• Website content updates and reputation monitoring support
• Complete a capstone project focused on marketing strategy or operational improvement recommendations
