Biospringer is offering a Marketing Internship for Fall 2026, available as full or part-time, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lesaffre, a global leader in fermentation for over 170 years, is committed to innovation and sustainability. Biospringer, a part of Lesaffre, specializes in yeast extracts and fermentation-based solutions for the food industry, emphasizing natural and sustainable ingredients. This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to marketing initiatives, gain real-world experience, and support business objectives within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in a professional or academic setting is required, which may include internships, volunteer roles, or paid jobs in any field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Proficiency working with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Ability to work onsite in Milwaukee between 20 and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Supports the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
Coordinates with our marketing agency and Biospringer global marketing team on digital campaigns.
Conducts market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Assists in coordinating trade shows, conferences, and marketing events, including logistics and promotional materials.
Collaborates with the sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Assists with other marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to Lesaffre's safety-first culture by strictly following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs.
