The SchoolMint Marketing team is looking for a talented Marketing Intern to join the team this summer. This person should have a background in (or be studying) business, economics, consulting, research, product management, corporate strategy, or business development. This is a 4-month paid internship starting in May. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for providing support and assistance within the Marketing Department. Primary responsibilities include researching and analyzing the US education market including purchasing trends, consumer behavior, and market shifts; and collecting and analyzing data to inform the decision-making for forecasting and marketing campaigns. The successful market researcher will be able to autonomously analyze qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness and responding to changes in market conditions. This role will be versatile, dynamic, and informative as it works across the marketing and business spectrum. Being driven, productive, eager to learn/improve, self-motivated, innovative solution creator, team player and detail oriented are qualities necessary for success. We’re especially interested in candidates who are curious about how emerging AI tools can support research, analysis, productivity, and marketing workflows. In this internship role, you will be exposed to overall marketing discipline, including market research and analysis, digital and traditional communications, and marketing campaign planning. This is a great role for someone who is analytically curious and likes to work with people. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects under the supervision of our marketing team.
