About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Operations Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in both operations and marketing. You will work closely with our team to support various initiatives, from streamlining processes to executing marketing campaigns. This position is based on-site at our Andover office.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., business, marketing, operations management).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
- Help with event planning and execution.
- Analyze marketing data and provide insights.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of operational documentation and procedures.
- Support data entry and organization.
- Assist in project management and tracking.
