About The Position
Texell Credit Union, voted the #1 credit union in Central Texas and ranked the 11th Best Credit Union to work for in the nation by American Banker, is looking for a college-level Graphic Design/Copywriter intern for this coming Summer to make a meaningful impact on our business. We offer the opportunity to gain real-world work experience to boost your resume and help you get a leg up in your post-college career search. Plus, we are going to pay you $18/hr. Texell’s summer internship program involves: Completing one or two major projects. Exposure to the operations of a financial institution by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as well as assisting in designing marketing and event materials, and assisting in writing content for blogs, quarterly magazine, social media, and marketing campaigns. Opportunity to support the community by participating in our Texell Serves employee volunteer and service program.
Requirements
- Completion of 70 college credit hours
- Enrolled as a full-time student in spring of 2026 (12 hours for undergrad, 6 hours for graduate school)
- Entering your final year of a bachelor’s or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
- Assisting in designing marketing and event materials
- Assisting in writing content for blogs, quarterly magazine, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks
- Participating in our Texell Serves employee volunteer and service program
