About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite internship position for the direct marketing team, running from Summer 2026 (estimated June - August/September). The internship is designed for individuals pursuing a college degree or within one year post-graduation, preferably in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or Business. The program offers an immersive experience in a Sales Center, including comprehensive onboarding, operational duties, eLearning, virtual meetings, job shadowing, and direct mentorship. Interns will learn and perform the duties of a non-commissioned marketing associate, with opportunities to learn about commission-based roles and the sales department. They will also gain insights into what drives a successful Marketing and Sales operation and contribute to department projects, while demonstrating the company's values and core beliefs. Housing is not provided for this position. Local residents with area knowledge are preferred.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a college degree or within one year post-graduation.
  • Actively pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or Business is preferred.
  • Candidates with an undecided major may be considered.
  • Prior Hospitality or Sales experience is preferred.
  • Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation Policy.
  • If a uniform is provided, it must be worn and maintained neatly and cleanly.
  • Non-uniformed interns should dress with good business taste, appropriate to their jobs, avoiding blue jeans, shorts, spandex pants, tank tops, midriffs, halter tops, or other casual sportswear.
  • Dress or skirt length should be no shorter than four inches above the knee.
  • Must wear proper undergarments.

  • Previous performance rating will be taken into consideration.
