This internship takes place at our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN. We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our Mobile Solutions Aftermarket marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing operations, brand management, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team’s success in a global environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate sophomore or junior/rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in marketing technology, analytics, and digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with any of the following: CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) Marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot) Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Google Ads)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with data and generate insights
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing GTM strategies for product launches and campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning
  • Support design and development of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, digital assets) aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce content tailored to customer segments and sales objectives
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all marketing materials
  • Partner with sales teams to create tools and resources that drive engagement and support the sales process
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and collateral, providing insights for optimization
