Are you interested in helping evaluate a Contract Lifecycle Management system and contributing to a business expanding across vinyl, supply chain, and 3PL? If so, we’d love to hear from you. Position Summary The Marketing Intern will support daily marketing activities related to brand awareness, content creation, social media, market research, internal communications, and campaign coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and exposure to a wide range of marketing functions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and organizational levels
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and a variety of working styles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative thinking and a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Create and edit content for social media, emails, presentations, and other marketing materials
Conduct market and competitor research
Assist with social media scheduling and engagement monitoring
Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
Help coordinate events, promotions, and internal communications
Track campaign metrics and compile performance data
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership meetings
Collaborate with teams across sales, HR, and operations
Complete other administrative and marketing-related tasks as assigned
