This unique Internship role is designed as the first step in a multi-stage development pathway that can lead to a full-time Marketing Manager role after graduation. As a Summer Intern, you will work on real business-critical marketing projects—not shadowing or administrative tasks. High-performing interns may be invited to continue in a part-time Co-Op role (9 months) during the academic year, with potential consideration for a full-time Marketing Manager role upon graduation. Program Structure: Summer Internship (12 weeks, full-time hours): June 1 2026 – August 21 2026 Co-Op Extension (9 months, part-time hours): August 2026 – May 2027 (for high performers) Full-Time Opportunity: Marketing Manager role upon graduation (performance-based, not guaranteed) Job Description: This role hosts 2 separate projects within our Oncology Business Unit, within both: You will support execution of marketing initiatives across areas such as: Campaign execution: coordinating digital and non-personal promotion (NPP) efforts across channels Content and asset development: partnering with internal teams and agencies to build and deploy materials Performance tracking and optimization: analyzing campaign results and identifying opportunities to improve impact AI-enabled marketing: using AI tools to accelerate content creation, insights generation, and decision support Your work will contribute to broader brand efforts that, at more senior levels, include: Execution of promotional plans Cross-functional alignment across Medical, Sales, Insights, and Access Development and deployment of core marketing materials You will use AI as a core part of your workflow, including: Generating and refining content Analyzing data and extracting insights Accelerating execution and decision-making Oncology - Lung Cancer Team: We are seeking a highly motivated intern (junior going into senior year) to support a strategic initiative focused on pressure-testing our tactical planning processes. This project will evaluate agency spend versus emerging AI capabilities, with the goal of identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiencies. Oncology – Breast Cancer Team We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support a strategic initiative focused on maximizing multiple indications in Breast Oncology with AI. This project will help shape how marketing teams identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across healthcare providers and accounts. The intern will contribute to foundational Oncology Business Unit Marketing capabilities and gain exposure to how AI can enhance execution in a dynamic commercial environment.
