Requirements

At least six months of customer service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation
Strong communication & teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Greet guests, provide customer service, general location information, and direct guests to speak with our concierge team located in the lobby of our beautiful resorts.
Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team.
Advise guests about available services, pointing them to Marketing Desk locations, and sharing promotional material.
Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions.
