About The Position

The Marketing Graphic Designer develops visually compelling materials that communicate Gosiger's and its house brands' messages across multiple platforms. This position combines creativity with strategic understanding, turning complex information about CNC machines, automation, and related technologies into clear, engaging, and targeted visual communications that support sales and marketing objectives. Team Alignment - This role supports Gosiger’s vision to lead American manufacturing by delivering thoughtful, creative marketing that informs, inspires, and converts. As part of a collaborative marketing team, this position contributes to Gosiger’s mission of listening, communicating, solving problems, and executing while aligning with our team mission of connecting teams, building brands, and driving growth through strategy-driven, integrated campaigns. The incumbent will also seek to have a broader role in the business success by being involved in strategic marketing functions.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, or Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Experience with digital assets, web graphics, and production files
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Must have strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service position utilizing interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Must be a self-starter with high initiative and able to contribute without prompting
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges.
  • Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Hubspot is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality designs, graphics, and collateral (digital and print) that communicate technical concepts in a clear, audience-appropriate way, e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations, trade show displays, emails, social media content, and landing pages.
  • Gather information from internal teams and external resources to develop effective, on-brand design concepts for target audiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, division management, and sales teams to ensure messaging and imagery align with strategic goals and audience needs. Maintain clear communication and organization within Asana and HubSpot.
  • Support the marketing team in creating, scheduling, and optimizing digital content—including email campaigns, social media graphics, website updates, and landing pages—ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms. Review campaign performance metrics and apply insights to enhance future creative output.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand standards and style guides for Gosiger and all house brands, ensuring consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Support marketing initiatives with compelling, accurate copy that enhances visual storytelling and aligns with brand voice.
  • Stay current with marketing, design, and digital trends to refine creative approaches and design quality. Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and impact.
  • Incorporate internal and external feedback professionally, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration in the creative process.
  • Manage assigned projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines, communicating progress, and maintaining attention to detail throughout production.
  • Maintain organized marketing assets in Drive, SharePoint, and HubSpot File Manager to ensure team accessibility and efficiency.
  • Design and prepare materials for trade shows, open houses, and promotional events, and assist with event photography or post-event reporting when needed.
  • Take ownership of projects, proactively communicate progress, and continuously seek to improve design quality through data review and innovation. Approach work with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to collaboration.
  • Take initiative in developing new skills, stay informed on marketing, design, and industry trends, and actively contributing ideas that enhance Gosiger’s marketing effectiveness.
  • Perform other marketing-related responsibilities as required by business needs
