About The Position

As an Events Manager, you will plan and execute experiences that bring Doximity closer to the clinicians and healthcare organizations we serve. You will support and own the planning of our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care. This includes leading planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution. You will also manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture. Additionally, you will plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products. You will produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians. You will manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs. This role is remote in the United States, with travel to events required.

Requirements

  • Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution, ideally including executive gatherings, advisory boards, or summits.
  • Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders on track at once.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors, with a thoughtful approach to the attendee experience.

  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional communities is a plus.
