About The Position

HIWIN Corporation is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Marketing Events Coordinator to lead our trade show and event programs across North America. From major industry exhibitions to our mobile demonstration program, you'll play a key role in delivering professional, engaging experiences that showcase HIWIN's automation, motion control, and robotics solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
3–6 years of experience coordinating trade shows, events, or exhibit programs within a B2B manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
Minimum 2 years of hands-on trade show execution experience, including freight coordination, booth setup/teardown, event logistics, and asset management
Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
Strong organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Plan and execute 10–15 annual trade shows and marketing events, managing logistics, vendors, freight, budgets, and event operations.
Coordinate booth layouts, demonstrations, exhibit assets, and the HIWIN Academy mobile demonstration trailer.
Lead event setup and teardown activities while ensuring exhibits, equipment, and marketing materials are organized and event-ready.
Manage inventory, maintenance, and tracking of trade show displays, demonstration equipment, and promotional assets.
Support event marketing initiatives and maintain a professional, consistent brand presence across all customer-facing events.
