Position Summary: The Regional Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds the KSB brand, drives growth, and positions KSB as a leader in the industry for success. This role leads a marketing team responsible for delivering strong marketing fundamentals, including sales support and customer-facing events, while also building the strategic side of marketing with a data- and business-driven mindset. Key focus areas include market research, digital marketing strategy, and building a strong, cohesive brand presence in the market. The role ensures alignment across all market segments in North America. The ideal candidate brings an engaging personality with strong people skills that inspire others. Marketing is a critical part of KSB North America’s growth strategy, and this role is responsible for developing marketing as a true driver of business results by providing clear vision and direction. The role leads team performance and development while delivering measurable business impact in a challenging industry.
