About The Position

EverCommerce is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to drive incremental value for its marketing team within the property care industry, focusing on areas like Pest and Green trades. This role will provide strategic vision and direction for building go-to-market and growth strategies for a suite of vertically tailored, home service and field software management SaaS-based offerings. EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform that provides integrated SaaS solutions to service-based businesses globally, aiming to accelerate growth, streamline operations, and increase retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related industry experience, preferably with a performance marketing agency and/or SaaS organization.
  • 10+ years of successfully developing and managing senior-level relationships and teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in building and managing partnerships.
  • Full stack marketing experience and deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages and strategies for growth (acquisition, expansion, retention).
  • Demonstrable success in achieving pipeline and customer acquisition growth goals.
  • Excellent track record of driving creative marketing programs with measurable revenue growth in both sales-led and product-led growth structures.
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including digital (paid and non-paid), email marketing, events, channel marketing, and webinars.
  • Standout communication skills with an extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally.
  • Customer-focused mindset, driven to innovate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • May require travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations around North America.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders, and experience with performance marketing and partnership programs are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cohesive go-to-market strategies that drive growth for Property Care solutions.
  • Serve as team lead, directly supervising managers and specialists in product marketing, acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and partner management.
  • Partner with central services marketing teams to execute multi-faceted strategies and campaigns using an integrated marketing approach.
  • Coordinate with market leaders, sales, and product leaders, analyzing and reporting on performance and growth trends weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Be accountable for demand generation programs for existing customers and prospects, utilizing digital, email, cross-sell, partners, webinars, and events.
  • Manage and develop industry partnerships to expand geographic and vertical footprints in the property care sector.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation.
  • Support content and brand strategies by optimizing market messaging and positioning, working with creative, demand generation, and communications teams.
  • Manage and allocate budget with a focus on sales pipeline impact and adherence to financial allocations.
