Reporting to the President & CEO, the Marketing Director leads the development and execution of the organization’s marketing and communications strategy to elevate the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson brand and expand awareness of its mission and programs. This role is responsible for promoting youth programming, strengthening community engagement, and supporting fundraising initiatives through strategic communications, digital media, and storytelling. The Marketing Director works collaboratively with the leadership team, program staff, and resource development team to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that increase community visibility, drive participation in Club programs, and support donor engagement. This position also oversees social media strategy, website management, and content creation across multiple platforms to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the organization’s mission.
