About The Position

The Director of Marketing is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and membership growth for the Beem Light Sauna Brand. This role leads the development and execution of scalable marketing strategies, supports studio-level success, and ensures consistent brand positioning across all markets. This position requires a strategic thinker who can also execute at a high level, with experience in multi-unit, wellness, or fitness-based businesses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Strong background in digital marketing and performance advertising
  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise-based businesses
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and drive measurable growth
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and member retention.
  • Translate national brand initiatives into effective local studio marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including: Paid social media, Digital advertising (Google, Meta, etc.), Email and SMS marketing, Local studio activations and events, Content marketing and partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and growth.
  • Build and implement scalable marketing systems, playbooks, and templates for studio use.
  • Establish best practices for local marketing, social media, and grassroots outreach.
  • Oversee CRM, automation tools, and marketing technology stack.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner and advisor to studio owners and operators.
  • Provide guidance on local campaigns, promotions, and community engagement.
  • Lead marketing trainings, workshops, and ongoing education for studio teams.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance metrics, including: Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Membership growth and retention.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets across campaigns, channels, and locations.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Lead and manage internal marketing team members and external vendors/agencies.
  • Oversee creative development, campaign execution, and timelines.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven marketing culture.
