About The Position

The Marketing Director is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies, communications and branding, both internally and externally for all entities under Trident Ventures, including Loch Lloyd Country Club, Loch Lloyd Real Estate, Double Eagle Builders and Viridity. The Marketing Director will be responsible for building and managing short and long-term marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency, designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, media buying and relationships, leading cross-functional teams, managing projects and campaigns, analyzing campaign performance and ROI, providing support for marketing engagements and events, and supporting media budget planning and reconciliation. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing research, statistical analysis, budget development, financial planning, and strategy, as well as excellent public speaking and presentation skills, leadership and motivational skills, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Business or other related field required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in account management, media planning and brand management in an agency setting or an in-house marketing unit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
  • Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, including email, search optimization, social (paid and organic), content marketing, display advertising and traditional out-of-home advertising preferred.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Strong understanding and prior experience in media planning preferred.
  • Experience in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Experience with digital analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing short and long-term marketing strategies for Loch Lloyd Country Club, Loch Lloyd Real Estate, Double Eagle Builders and Viridity.
  • Ensuring the voice, tone, and identity of the brand is consistent across all platforms.
  • Educating marketing team on brand identity.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of business activities.
  • Developing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Media buying and relationships, as well as managing vendors and media partners.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure all tactics are optimized and performing.
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
  • Managing projects and campaigns, ensuring that all deadlines are hit.
  • Analyzing the performance and effectiveness of campaigns, managing the ROI across all channels.
  • Providing planning and hands-on support for marketing engagements and events.
  • Supporting media budget planning and reconciliation.
  • Building summary reports on marketing initiatives.
  • Representing Trident Ventures and its related affiliates in a professional manner.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned.
