About The Position

As Marketing Director, you will lead the strategy, storytelling, campaigns, events, digital presence, and brand stewardship that make Wright PT the trusted choice for patients, providers, employers, and communities. You'll blend creativity with accountability, building awareness, generating demand, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects who we are and what we stand for. This is a full‑time, onsite position based at our Twin Falls, Idaho administrative office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience with a demonstrated record of driving growth and brand impact
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation, and marketing analytics
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, measuring ROI, and making data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated success leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire action across diverse audiences
• Alignment with Wright PT's purpose, mission, and Core Values, with a passion for serving patients, communities, and team members

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and integrity across all channels
• Oversee digital marketing, advertising, SEO, and social media
• Manage community events, promotions, and public relations
• Manage marketing budget and ROI optimization
• Drive patient acquisition and referral growth initiatives
• Develop partnerships that strengthen Wright PT's presence and impact
