About The Position

UEI® is looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and help shape the future of our brand. In this role, you'll own the full marketing function — from campaign development and digital presence to trade shows and budget management — working closely with our COO and other senior leadership to fuel company growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.
• Must be able to work onsite M-F.
• Must be able to travel (domestic & international).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns across all channels.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and recommend marketing approaches.
• Own and grow the company's social media presence and communications.
• Manage the UEI® brand image and support trade show planning — from material creation to on-site setup and teardown.
• Collaborate with senior executives and sales leadership to align marketing with business growth goals.
• Forecast, develop, and oversee the marketing department's operating budget.
• Advise on public positioning of the company to support professional growth and visibility.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee marketing department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
