About The Position

Cadre AI is hiring a Director of Marketing to build and lead the marketing function that establishes Cadre as the most trusted and recognized AI transformation services firm in the country. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll own brand strategy, thought leadership, demand generation, and community, all while working directly with our executive team to shape how the market understands AI implementation. You'll be responsible for building a premium brand that mid-market operators and enterprise leaders immediately recognize as the gold standard for AI integration. You'll drive both top-of-funnel awareness and qualified inbound pipeline through compelling content, strategic partnerships, high-impact events, and a world-class digital presence. Requirements

7+ years in B2B marketing, brand marketing, or demand generation (professional services, consulting, or high-growth tech preferred)
Proven ability to build or scale a brand to market leadership
Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution—you set the vision and do the work
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for executive audiences
Experience with marketing tech: HubSpot, Webflow, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools
Strong project management skills and ability to manage agencies and freelancers
Entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive in ambiguity and move fast
Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
