About The Position

The Marketing Director will play a critical role in shaping how Kepler shows up as an innovator in the marketing industry. This is a hands on leadership role for a thought leader who understands the industry, can help formulate compelling points of view, and can translate those perspectives into high impact content, storytelling, executive presence, PR narratives, awards, and moments in market. This role will not sit in isolation, but will help accelerate Kepler’s presence forward by working closely with leadership and cross functional partners to identify what matters internally and externally, shape POVs on Kepler’s capabilities and industry shifts, and ensure those stories show up consistently and credibly across channels. The Marketing Director operates cross-functionally, leads with clarity, and executes with passion for the brand. This is not a delegation-heavy, project management leadership role that merely operates as an executor of senior guidance and priorities. You will personally drive initiatives forward, contribute to content and POV development, push new projects into motion, and lead the team with vision while staying close to the work. As Kepler has seen remarkable success in recent years, you are joining a high-performing marketing team and building on strong momentum to continue elevating Kepler’s voice in the industry.
