MARKETING DIRECTOR
About The Position

We are looking to add a Marketing Director to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively across digital and print platforms. You will help us create a strong internal and external brand presence through engaging social campaigns and marketing events with our community partners. The ideal candidate will be a storytelling whiz with a strong understanding of digital branding. The candidate will assist and collaborate with the Marketing team to continue to make Yark Automotive a top workplace for our employees.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of content creation experience
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Proficient with content creation software like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Creativity
- Knowledgeable of the workings and capabilities of a DSLR camera
- Experience in event planning
- Strong people skills
- Extensive experience creating social media content for business - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, LinkedIn
- Confident creating and editing long and short form video content
- Excellent planning and time-management skills
- Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees
- Please provide graphic design/social media portfolio or samples for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative and compelling content and copy for various marketing platforms- social, web, email, print
- Regularly travel across Yark Automotive locations to create digital content and to build relationships with Management and employees
- Plan, execute, and attend community partner and company events
- Track, analyze, and report the success of those campaigns and events
- Photograph and video vehicles, employees, and events as needed
