About The Position

GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced Marketing Director for the US & Canada (USCAN) to lead regional marketing for our Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) portfolio. This role drives regional growth, leads commercialization of new products, and strengthens our market position across the USCAN healthcare ecosystem. A core expectation is to transform and upskill the USCAN marketing team, fostering a culture of resilience, adaptability, and a strong growth mindset while modernizing marketing capabilities in digital, analytics, and integrated campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Significant experience in healthcare software or digital health marketing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project‑management skills.
  • Ability to lead through change with resilience and a growth‑mindset orientation

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven success operating in complex, fast‑moving, and highly dynamic environments.
  • Strong expertise in market insights, customer understanding, product commercialization, and brand development.
  • Demonstrated innovation in healthcare IT marketing—able to co‑create new ideas collaboratively and turn them into high‑impact execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the USCAN growth strategy for the SEI portfolio.
  • Lead NPI commercialization , messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Deliver the Integrated Marketing Plan including campaigns, events, and demand generation.
  • Engage KOLs, grow customer advocacy, and enhance evidence generation.
  • Partner with Sales on targeted plays and installed‑base retention.
  • Lead and develop the regional marketing team, strengthening resilience, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Track KPIs and optimize with a lean, outcomes‑based mindset.
  • Support product demonstrations in collaboration with Product and Clinical teams.
  • Train commercial teams on SEI value propositions, competitive insights, and messaging.
