About The Position

The Marketing Director, Reynolds Wrap & Bakeware is responsible for leading the long-term growth strategy for one of Reynolds Consumer Products' largest and most recognizable cooking and baking portfolios. This role provides strategic leadership across brand management, consumer insights, commercialization, base innovation and portfolio management for Reynolds Wrap & Reynolds Bakeware. The position develops integrated brand strategies that strengthen market leadership, accelerate profitable volume growth, and deliver meaningful consumer experiences. Working across Marketing, Sales, Consumer Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and external partners, the Marketing Director ensures successful execution from insight generation through commercial launch while balancing short-term business objectives with long-term portfolio growth. This leader is responsible for portfolio strategy, brand equity, marketing investment, pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, consumer research, licensing opportunities, sustainability initiatives, and people leadership while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 10+ years’ combined experience in sales and marketing
  • 5+ years prior team management experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring teams.
  • Progressive experience leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing strategies.
  • Experience leading brand management, innovation, commercialization, and consumer insights.
  • Experience managing business performance, financial planning, budgets, and P&L accountability.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in highly collaborative environments.
  • Strong business, analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and influence skills.
  • Demonstrated success developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong project and portfolio management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision for the Reynolds Wrap and Reynolds Bakeware portfolio.
  • Build annual and multi-year brand plans that deliver sustainable growth in volume, revenue, profitability, market share, household penetration, and brand equity.
  • Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging category trends.
  • Lead portfolio optimization decisions across products, packaging, pricing, positioning, and distribution channels.
  • Develop consumer learning agendas that uncover unmet consumer needs.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to guide qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
  • Translate research findings into actionable business strategies and innovation opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and retailer dynamics to identify future growth opportunities.
  • Lead integrated marketing programs including advertising, digital marketing, social media, promotions, shopper marketing, public relations, and customer marketing.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans that maximize profitable growth.
  • Partner with Sales to create customer presentations and commercialization strategies.
  • Monitor launch performance and adjust business plans based on marketplace results.
  • Own portfolio financial performance, including P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and investment prioritization.
  • Evaluate marketing investments to maximize return while supporting long-term strategic objectives.
  • Develop business cases supporting innovation investments and portfolio decisions.
  • Analyze performance trends and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • Lead highly collaborative teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Procurement, and Consumer Insights.
  • Build organizational alignment around strategic priorities and innovation initiatives.
  • Present strategic recommendations, business performance, innovation pipelines, and investment opportunities to executive leadership and external customers.
  • Oversee relationships with research firms, marketing agencies, licensing partners, consultants, and vendors.
  • Manage agency selection, contract negotiations, budgets, performance, and partnership effectiveness.
  • Introduce external best practices and emerging methodologies that strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing marketing team.
  • Establish clear priorities, accountability, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
