The Marketing Director, Omni-Shopper defines and leads the strategy, execution, and performance of Tillamook’s shopper and retail marketing across priority customers. This role is accountable for translating marketing strategy into customer-specific growth plans, ensuring strong alignment between Marketing and Sales to drive measurable business outcomes. As the critical bridge between marketing strategy, customer strategy, and in-market execution, the Director shapes how marketing investments show up across retailers, eCommerce platforms, retail media networks, and emerging channels. Operating at the intersection of brand, commerce, and media, this leader sets the strategic direction for shopper marketing and retail media, influences enterprise decision-making, and builds the capabilities required to compete in a rapidly evolving omnichannel landscape. The Director builds organizational capability in shopper marketing and retail media while leading cross-functional collaboration across Marketing and Sales functions, as well as agency partnerships.
