About The Position

The Marketing Director of Environmental Services is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing efforts for Clean Harbors' Technical Services and Field Services organizations, including leading consumer-facing marketing and advertising for Clean Harbors' household hazardous waste (HHW) collection programs. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, this role works closely with line of business leaders, field leadership and the broader marketing team to ensure marketing initiatives are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized and executed effectively. This is a high-visibility opportunity to help shape how customers and consumers understand Clean Harbors' technical capabilities, field expertise and expanding HHW solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing leadership, B2B and B2C campaign experience and the ability to turn complex environmental services into clear, compelling programs that drive awareness, demand and action. This position requires close collaboration with technical experts, field leadership, sales teams, agencies and internal creative partners. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating across complex service lines, fast-moving field environments and consumer-facing campaigns while delivering disciplined, high-quality marketing that supports growth.
