As our Fire business continues to grow, we are investing in building a strong marketing pipeline to support key partnerships, product initiatives, and long-term expansion. The Marketing Development Program role is designed for highly motivated junior or senior undergraduate students interested in gaining hands-on experience in product marketing, campaign execution, and cross functional project coordination. This role is structured to provide meaningful ownership of marketing initiatives, while working directly with product marketing to support critical initiatives tied to new program development. Offering exposure to real-time business priorities, there will be opportunities to contribute ideas, participate in strategic discussions, and help drive execution of marketing deliverables that directly impact Lakeland’s expanding fire business. This development opportunity is best suited for individuals who are proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
