About The Position

The Marketing & Development Coordinator will support the team in the implementation of all department initiatives across all sites and programs. This collaborative role also supports positive brand awareness to further strategic priorities focused on agency growth through various marketing and development strategies as directed by the Vice President of Marketing and Development. Requirements

  • Associates degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience supporting a marketing related function.
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, WordPress, Constant Contact, Photoshop.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule (nights/weekends as occasionally needed).
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all agency functions using effective communication both verbally and in writing.
  • Awareness of personal attitudes, beliefs, biases, and assumptions about others.
  • Knowledge of the various dimensions of diversity, including gender, race, and ethnicity.
  • Acknowledging that people from other cultural groups may not share the same beliefs and practices or perceive experiences in the same way.
  • Cultural knowledge of key populations that will be served to address disparities in service delivery.
  • Demonstrates positive attitudes towards cultural differences by showing respect and openness towards people whose social and cultural background is different from one's own.
  • Demonstrates skills for communication and interaction across cultures, including the ability to recognize and manage personal behaviors, moods, and impulses to create an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming climate within the agency.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that meets CFS Driver Policy.
  • Travel is required to provide services in different settings and to attend agency meetings, events, and trainings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media platforms/vendors, creating content, and monitoring engagement.
  • Manage all aspects of the agency’s newsletters including curating content and executing delivery.
  • Coordinate the production of all marketing materials including brochures, rack cards, event kits as well as managing the external events (tabling) calendar.
  • Manage the swag/give away inventory including selecting, ordering and maintaining proper levels for all audiences.
  • Organize and support agency events such as fundraisers, conferences, and tabling events ensuring their success.
  • Manage the internal database in terms of donation entry, form/campaign set up and acknowledgement letters.
  • Support the design and update of collateral materials for all sites and all program changes as applicable.
  • Assist with editing and proofreading communications, correspondence and articles as requested to support agency public relations.
  • Provide friendly, efficient support by answering internal and external customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
