About The Position

The Marketing Designer at CRMC crafts and refines engaging marketing assets across diverse formats including digital and print media, committed to enhancing our brand's visibility and appeal. This role demands the production of high-quality material that consistently communicates CRMC's messaging while adhering to budget and time constraints. You will develop and execute long-term digital marketing strategies and rapid advertising techniques, optimizing for performance and audience impact. Collaboration with marketing team members is crucial to ensure cohesive design and messaging across all platforms. Additionally, the role involves iterative improvements based on data-driven insights to maximize online presence and effectiveness.

Requirements

Three years of experience in graphic design and/or UX/UI design
Proficient in graphic design, creative concepts, the Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools
Proficiency in WordPress and Microsoft programs: Power Point, Word, Excel
Associate degree in graphic design or fine arts

Nice To Haves

Experience with photography and basic photo editing is preferred.
Ability to produce professional-quality images for print, digital, social media, and promotional campaigns is a plus.
Additional coursework in a communication-related field
Bachelor's degree
