About The Position

Powered by ALMA.AI, our proprietary full-stack vertical AI solution, BNTO rethinks fashion's supply and demand by leveraging real-time inventory data and user behavior to drive smarter decisions—not just around what to offer, but how people can access it and at what price point. By connecting rental, resale, and new purchase options through a unified inventory pool, we dynamically match products with demand in the most efficient and personalized way. This approach allows us to flex inventory across consumption modes, unlock higher profitability, and give consumers ultimate flexibility—all while reducing waste and overproduction. BNTO is part of ViaVia Corporation, and we are a Series B company in the fashion tech space, backed by industry-leading investors including Headline, Notable Capital, Basis Set Ventures, NEA, the AI Fund, and Exor. We're looking for a Senior Manager or Manager, Graphic Design to own the look and feel of BNTO across our highest-impact marketing surfaces. You are a strong graphic designer first but are also comfortable cutting video for social. You have sharp typographic and design instincts as well as great taste for fashion. You'll be designing email, paid social ads, homepage banners, and organic social content, moving fluidly from concept to polished, on-brand assets. The level (Manager vs. Senior Manager) will be set based on experience. As part of the application process, please include your portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, and brand sensibility
  • Comfortable producing and editing short-form video for social media.
  • Hands-on experience designing email, paid social ads, homepage/web banners, and organic social content.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work quickly.
  • Strong eye for current fashion, culture, and social trends.
  • You believe that feedback is a gift; you can receive and grow from feedback.
  • Nimble, scrappy and adaptable with a high sense of urgency. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, including pitching in to support other persons and teams
  • Will consistently cultivate a culture of positivity inclusion where all team members feel a sense of belonging and can bring their authentic selves to work

  • Experience with video tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling marketing materials across various channels including email, paid social media, homepage, site graphics, and more.
  • Create fresh, innovative designs that translate complex ideas into compelling marketing materials and digital experiences.
  • Design email campaigns and lifecycle templates that are aesthetic, on-brand, and built to convert.
  • Create paid social ad creative and organic social content across Meta, TikTok, and other channels, including statics and short-form videos.
  • Design homepage banners and site merchandising assets that bring products and campaigns to life on-site.
  • Maintain and evolve BNTO's visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with marketing, growth, and merchandising to brief, prioritize, and ship work on tight timelines.
