About The Position

Anna Maria of Aurora is seeking a creative Marketing & Design Intern to assist with graphic design, marketing, website updates, photography, special events, and campus communications. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a professional portfolio while working on impactful projects. The intern will work directly with the Director of Marketing & Engagement.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• A creative eye and strong attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Studying or has experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Nice To Haves

• Portfolio samples or examples of previous design work are encouraged when applying.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and layout of flyers, newsletters, brochures, signage, and print/digital marketing materials
• Create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Assist with website updates and content management
• Support marketing campaigns, photography, and special events
• Help maintain consistent branding across campus communications
• Organize marketing materials and creative assets
• Proofread and prepare files for print and digital use
