About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives that drive traffic, support community visibility, and enhance the customer experience. This role also provides limited support to customers with interior selections and maintains a strong understanding of design trends to support model presentation and marketing effectiveness.

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in homebuilding or real estate

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of residential construction and design trends preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Interior Design, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting model home merchandising or customer design selections in new home construction or retail environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate increased traffic to communities through strategic marketing efforts
  • Coordinate advertising, website updates, and marketing campaigns
  • Organize and execute sales and marketing events
  • Support model home merchandising and presentation
  • Provide limited customer assistance with interior selections and upgrades
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
  • Plan and oversee promotional activities including print, digital media, signage, and events
  • Manage development, production, and distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintain website content, track online leads, and monitor conversion performance
  • Coordinate model home setup, decorating support, and overall presentation
  • Assist Area Sales Manager with selections for model and market homes (plans, colors, features, and options)
  • Support merchandising decisions to align with target buyer preferences and market positioning
  • Maintain signage across communities and evaluate opportunities for improved visibility
  • Coordinate community start-up activities, including model homes, sales centers, and grand openings
  • Manage photo library and marketing collateral files
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all marketing materials prior to release
  • Process marketing invoices, supplies, and promotional materials
  • Assist customers with interior selections, offering guidance on color, functionality, and budget as needed
  • Research design trends and materials to support marketing and model presentations
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to selections when applicable
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments related to selection support
  • Perform other duties as assigned
