About The Position

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Co-op to join our team for the Spring 2026 semester. This position offers hands-on experience in a B2B industrial marketing environment, working closely with our senior graphic designer, marketing, sales, and business development teams. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, eager to learn, and passionate about applying design and marketing principles to real-world business challenges.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Figma
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Applicants must have a creative portfolio or ability to showcase creative work and designs

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and support the Senior Graphic Designer
• Learn and understand internal and external branding within an organization
• Create designs for social media, blogs, emails, ad campaigns, website pages, brochures, sales presentations, tradeshows and more
• Opportunity to learn and see into the analytical side of the organization with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
• Learning and execution of the creative process for print, digital, web, and events
