About The Position

IDLine is seeking a highly organized, creative, and customer-focused Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator to support both our marketing initiatives and daily customer communications. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative marketing projects with direct customer interaction. The focus will be split between marketing content/execution, and customer communications, supporting our Account Management and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is intentionally designed as a hybrid role combining marketing execution and customer support responsibilities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or a related hybrid role preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to travel for tradeshows and events as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in print, manufacturing, promotional products, branded merchandise or sales support is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute marketing activities through HubSpot
  • Create and schedule email marketing campaigns
  • Develop and post social media content across company platforms
  • Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
  • Design marketing materials including Flyers, Idea Books, Product/Sell Sheets, Digital Graphics & Tradeshow display materials and sample creation.
  • Assist with concept and virtual mockup creation for products and promotions
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Manage website and digital content updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams on seasonal promotions, product launches, and customer communications
  • Coordinate tradeshow collateral and attend events as needed.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails
  • Support customers with product inquiries, order questions, and general assistance
  • Prepare quotes and assist with opportunity management in HubSpot
  • Provide administrative and communication support to Account Managers and Customer Success Managers
  • Help ensure timely customer follow-up and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer information and communication records
