IDLine is seeking a highly organized, creative, and customer-focused Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator to support both our marketing initiatives and daily customer communications. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative marketing projects with direct customer interaction. The focus will be split between marketing content/execution, and customer communications, supporting our Account Management and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is intentionally designed as a hybrid role combining marketing execution and customer support responsibilities.
