About The Position

Empathic is seeking a Marketing + Creator Management Intern to work directly with the founder. This role involves owning and iterating on short-form content, including finding new ideas, writing scripts, pulling clips, briefing editors, reviewing drafts, and posting content. The intern will also manage the creator program, which includes recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding creators, managing contracts, trials, briefs, group chats, and analytics. Responsibilities also include providing feedback, running weekly creator calls, and ensuring creators are accountable, replacing those who are not performing.

Requirements

• Very online
• Highly organized
• Good with people
• Strong creative taste
• Attend or have recently graduated from a highly selective university
• Some evidence of viral sense is necessary

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TikTok, Reels, UGC or creator management is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Find new ideas, write scripts and pull clips for short form marketing content
• Brief editors, review drafts and post content
• Track what works and make more of it
• Recruit, interview and onboard creators
• Manage creator contracts, trials, briefs, group chats and analytics
• Give fast, direct feedback and run weekly creator calls
• Keep creators accountable and quickly replace people who aren’t working out
