Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a college student majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Photography or a related creative field.
  • 1+ years of part-time work experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be enrolled at University of South Florida or University of Tampa to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.
  • Candidate must be local to Tampa, FL.

Nice To Haves

  • Junior or Senior status in a creative major.
  • Availability to work 10-15 hours per week during business hours, with occasional weekend/non-business hours events.
  • 2+ years of part-time work experience.
  • Experience in creating social media content.

Responsibilities

  • Provides creative support to the Marketing department, contributing to a variety of projects from ideation through execution.
  • Primary focus is on graphic design for both internal and external initiatives that advance the credit union’s brand and communications.
