About The Position

Sherweb is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Copywriter to join our Creative Services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and excel at crafting compelling, engaging, and persuasive content that drives results. With a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing copywriting, the successful candidate will play a key role in executing our content strategy to support our marketing and communication objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing copywriting.
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content best practices.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project briefs and requests.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent mastery of the English language, French knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create high-quality marketing copy for a variety of channels, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audience, campaign objectives, and brand voice.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with Sherweb's brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
  • Edit, proofread, QA and translate copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Support business stakeholders in the creation of presentations and documents.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure you are able to create relevant and engaging content.
