About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator / ITT Supervisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining an integrated marketing program to support the Community Services Flight objectives. This role involves providing guest support as defined by the Site Manager and supporting all common area marketing boards. Key duties include developing professional, industry-standard marketing materials for force support events with strict quality control (no more than two defects per month) and meeting tight turnaround times (48 hours for normal materials, as short as one hour for short-notice requests). The coordinator will also maintain, advertise, and submit events on the EFSS Marketing Channel, chair and attend weekly marketing meetings, and disseminate approved event emails to the base population. A significant part of the role involves coordinating and scheduling at least four cultural tour events monthly for DOD, military, civilian members, contractors, and coalition forces, ensuring variety in trips and tours, responding to inquiries within 12 hours, and arranging effective transportation. The position also requires meeting publication deadlines, designing, printing, distributing, and removing marketing materials, preparing marketing supply requisitions, assisting other departments, and monitoring local national (LN) staff within the department and potentially others, as well as performing other duties assigned by Site Management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of experience developing graphics for marketing, publicity and advertising.
  • Ability to access LAN and maintain a Tier 1 investigation.
  • Valid US Driver’s License
  • Valid US Passport
  • Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD SEVENTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for the deployed location host country.
  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Full knowledge of industry practices.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing tools inclusive of but not exclusive to web-based applications, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Expert knowledge of updating apps, on-line newsletters, Intranet applications, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with professional plotters.
  • Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all trips and tour inquiries receive a response within 12 hours of receipt.
  • Coordinate and ensure effective transportation in support of the tour.
  • Meet all established deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly publications as required by the PWS.
  • Design, print, distribute and remove all appropriate material for programs and events.
  • Prepare all marketing supply requirements through identified documents and/or requisitions.
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure mission success.
  • Monitor all LN staff associated with the department and if needed other departments.
  • Other duties as assigned by Site Management.
