About The Position

We are looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator who possesses exceptional organizational and research talents. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
Reliable internet connection.
Computer/laptop suitable for remote work.
Ability to attend virtual meetings and communicate through email, chat, and collaboration platforms.
Strong ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Availability during required business hours.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support marketing campaigns from planning through completion.
Assist with developing and scheduling social media content.
Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Support email marketing campaigns and maintain contact lists.
Coordinate content calendars, campaign schedules, and marketing deliverables.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key marketing metrics.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Update website content and marketing platforms as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
Track project deadlines, budgets, and marketing activities.
Assist with virtual events, webinars, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.
