About The Position
Turpin Orthodontics is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our established Ruston/West Monroe/Monroe team. Our perfect candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must. Dental and orthodontic knowledge is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- 6+ months of experience in a marketing role is ideal
- Must be willing to travel to our Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston locations on a weekly basis
Nice To Haves
- Dental and orthodontic knowledge is preferred but not required.
- A marketing degree is not required, but preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitoring metrics from digital and promotional content
- Management of social media page and posts to promote brand and special offers
- Monitor reputation management and patient engagement
- Manage internal promotions and events to improve patient experience
- Manage B2B partnerships and local events to drive brand awareness
- Support the office with customer service training to improve patient experience.
- Strategically call upon and build relationships with schools, community members, and referring dentists.
- Develop approaches to creatively and professionally promote and represent our practice
