About The Position

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Marketing Department in Tampa / Gulf Region. The position is responsible for preparing responses to Requests for Qualifications and Proposals, including documentation for Letters of Responses (LORs) to FDOT Divisions for CEI work and proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Florida Aviation and Florida municipality solicitations. The coordinator will lead pursuit teams with little supervision while ensuring responses are accurate, readable, and high quality. The role also supports marketing production, document preparation, pursuit coordination, presentations, and maintenance of company-wide resumes and project profiles. Requirements

Strong written and communication skills.
High attention to detail and excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience within the engineering or architectural industry preferred.
InDesign experience is a plus.
Graphic design experience is a plus.
Creative thinking and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Develop Letters of Responses (LORs), proposals, and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs).
Perform technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
Produce proposal and qualification packages and other marketing materials.
Prepare standard documents in conformance with owner and client standards.
Coordinate and facilitate project pursuit meetings.
Prepare corporate and project-specific presentations.
Update and maintain company-wide resumes and project profiles.
Perform other duties as requested.
