About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support. This role plays a key part in coordinating trade shows, managing logistics for the national sales meeting, and ensuring consistent execution of marketing programs across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of marketing or event coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • experience with CRM or marketing automation tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal communications to ensure projects stay on track
  • Support content creation, including email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of trade shows and industry events, including: Booth logistics, shipping, and setup, Vendor coordination and contract management, Promotional materials and giveaways, On-site execution and post-event follow-up
  • Track event budgets and ROI, including lead generation and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on event goals and lead capture strategies
  • Lead logistics and coordination for the annual National Sales Meeting, including: Venue selection and vendor management, Travel coordination and accommodations, Agenda development and meeting materials, On-site execution and troubleshooting
  • Partner with leadership to ensure messaging, presentations, and materials align with business objectives
  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies
  • Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and reporting dashboards
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
  • Support CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign tracking and reporting
