About The Position

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a creative force on our marketing team, bringing campaigns to life through compelling visual content, detail-oriented planning, and cross-platform expertise. This role combines hands-on content creation with strategic execution across our website, social media, and other important customer touchpoints. The ideal marketing coordinator will be a creative self-starter who's equally comfortable designing eye-catching graphics, filming content, managing our website, and connecting with customers. You'll be the detail-oriented backbone that keeps our marketing initiatives organized, on-brand, and running smoothly. This position is full-time in our Downers Grove, IL Office.

Requirements

  • Significant creative skills with Canva and comfort working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Confidence both in front of and behind the camera for content creation (video and photography)
  • CMS experience with proven website management skills.
  • Event marketing experience, especially direct customer engagement and activation.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong process and organizational skills.
  • Proven work experience in marketing or related creative role.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
  • BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.), Google Analytics, and expertise in the transportation/logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Create engaging video and photo content, appearing on camera and directing shoots to capture authentic customer stories and company culture.
  • Manage and update our website CMS, ensuring content is fresh, optimized, and user-friendly.
  • Maintain our marketing calendar and project management systems, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and the marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns.
  • Track marketing expenses and assist with budget reconciliation.
  • Support social media content creation and campaign execution.
