About The Position
The Marketing Coordinator assists with marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. The role takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of Bestway through the design and presentation of marketing materials. The position is full-time and operates in a professional office environment, with some travel required. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to embrace and represent the Company’s BRING IT VALUES: Caring, Integrity, Servant Leadership, Ownership, and Fun.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or related experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising.
- Confidence.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with the agency of record to ensure the Company website is updated.
- Manage weekly communications that go out.
- Create and distribute telemarketing lists to stores for all mailers.
- Manage data from email registration, contact us, and start order pages, combining it in Constant Contact for e-blast distribution.
- Manage the Company’s Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter sites.
- Manage the Company’s Register to Win process.
- Assist in writing and updating Bestway’s Weekly Operations Bulletin.
- Review and approve black plates for FSIs and door hangers.
- Manage product disclaimers for monthly FSIs.
- Request relocation and new manager postcards, including their development and delivery.
- Assist in planning the Company’s annual meeting.
- Manage the agency of record to meet deadlines, project initiatives, and creative objectives, and to oversee media management, accuracy, and production status.
- Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve campaigns.
- Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the Company brand.
- Help maintain in-store collateral for visual appeal in stores.
