About The Position

Provides top level support to the Marketing and Sales functions primarily focused on Trade Shows (regional and national), Customer Notifications and Inventory Management. Achieves and maintains rapport with internal and external customers and works to provide the best possible support service.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills including ability to speak effectively in front of large groups of people.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Provide support to marketing and sales through continuous communication.
  • Understand product and competitor information.
  • Manage marketing tools, literature, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and support regional and national tradeshows.
  • Manage trade shows materials and handling (planning, budget, interaction with show coordinators, shipping, samples and follow up).
  • Provide support to internal cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners relative to product repairs and cleaning.
  • Support New Hire and onsite training events.
  • Manage E-store.
  • Manage customer notifications.
  • Manage and maintain sample inventory; perform routine audits; provide data analysis by inspecting, cleansing, and modeling information to support decision making.
  • Assist with cross referencing as needed.
  • Understand budget management principles.
  • Support promotional marketing activities and events.
  • Data mining and aggregation of information and business intelligence to support sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide unparalleled sales support by answering questions/resolving account manager/customer questions.
  • Accountable for all record keeping as appropriate and in accordance with AirLife specifications.
  • Other general and specified duties may be assigned, consistent with the company’s goals, objectives and interests.
