About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing efforts for S&P Dow Jones Indices, playing a key role in the execution of global marketing strategies and initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall marketing goals of the organization.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services or indices sector.
  • Knowledge across wide range of marketing tactics including paid media, content, emarketing and web.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with S&P Dow Jones Indices products and services.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness ((Marketo, Salesforce, Airtable, Adobe Analytics, Spredfast, Hootsuite, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote S&P Dow Jones Indices products and services.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for marketing events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support the management of social media channels and online presence for S&P Dow Jones Indices.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
