About The Position

Coretek is a leading technology solutions provider in AI, Security, & Cloud delivering secure, cloud-first strategies for enterprise clients. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging modern tools and AI-driven processes to drive client acquisition. This role is primarily creative—designing and producing marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite—and administrative, managing campaigns and lead generation through HubSpot. You will create compelling visuals and content for website updates, print collateral, media placements, and social ads, all aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating qualified leads. Beyond creative execution, you’ll handle administrative tasks such as placing content into campaigns, managing promotional materials, and ensuring proper attribution and reporting. You’ll collaborate with highly technical teams across the organization, requiring strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and spoken communication, and an ability to manage time and tasks effectively. Adaptability is key: traditional marketing tactics are evolving, and we actively encourage the use of AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to optimize campaigns and creative workflows. Requirements

  • 2–5 years in marketing (B2B preferred) across creative production and campaign operations, or equivalent educational setting.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD/Figma a plus).
  • Hands‑on experience launching campaigns in HubSpot (emails, forms, landing pages, workflows, reporting).
  • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to interface with technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptive to new tools and processes, with an excitement in AI-driven marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver on‑brand marketing assets for website, print, media, and social ads using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop graphics and layouts for digital campaigns, event collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and iterate quickly based on performance data.
  • Build and launch campaigns, emails, workflows, forms, and landing pages in HubSpot, ensuring clean data and proper attribution.
  • Manage segmentation, scoring, and campaign reporting to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using analytics and AI-driven insights.
  • Plan and execute social campaigns that increase top‑of‑funnel awareness and drive qualified traffic.
  • Monitor performance and optimize creative, messaging, and targeting.
  • Place creative content into campaigns and promotional workflows.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to align marketing initiatives with product and sales objectives.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and campaign documentation.
